iineo allows the placement of very big odd form components that generally need special nozzles or grippers. The special nozzle magazine can hold 4 special nozzles or grippers, it will come in addition to the existing standard nozzles.

This special nozzle magazine can be placed on iineo together with other options like fixed upward camera or electrical test, without reducing the maximum feeder count. Components up to height of 28mm can be placed with the suction nozzles and up to 27mm with the gripper nozzle.

Vacuum nozzles:

Vacuum nozzles can be customized to your need, suction cups of different size are placed on a square of 26x26mm. The images show examples with 3 and 4 suction cups.

Gripper nozzles:

Gripper nozzles come like a kit including the base of the gripper, 2 sets of jaws and 2 back plates. Depending on the jaw configuration, it covers a range of component width from 2.5 to 29mm.
